At Grooveshark, the day doesn’t truly begin until about 3:30pm EST. Before then, the majority of us are either at lunch, at home or waking up from coding/drinking/cursing all night long, normally it’s a combination of the three.

For those of us, however, that come in at 10am, 3:30 is a fun time, but as you look around the office, you can see why I arrive early …so I can actually get some work done :)
